Camp Itinerary

The schedules for each Camp are slightly different and of course may change during the camp depending on factors such as the weather. We’ve included an overview below.

There are a wide range of activities planning from the coaching sessions, individual fitness testing, footwork workshops, injury prevention talks, functional movement sessions, freestyle workshops, yoga, swimming and sessions with British Athletes to develop sprinting and running techniques.
